What is the cancellation policy?
In case your plans change, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

Is there a security deposit fee?
We do not charge a Security Deposit Fee.

Amenities and Services
Is Wi-Fi included, and is it free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available and free.
Are there any extra charges for amenities like parking or Wi-Fi?
No charges for parking, or Wi-Fi.
Do rooms have a refrigerator or microwave?
Yes, all rooms have a fridge and microwave.
Is there a pool, gym, or spa?
We have a pool, and a spa jacuzzi. But no gym.
Policies and Information
What is the pet policy? Are there any fees or restrictions?
Pets on a leash are welcome in our RV Spaces.
Two rooms have back doors, and pets are welcome there.

Do you offer an airport shuttle or other transportation services?
We do not offer transportation or an airport shuttle. But you can call an Uber or Lyft Ride Service.
How late can guests check in?
Check-in time is 3:00pm

What is the hotel's location and proximity to local attractions?
You can walk to Borrego Springs Village. And we are only one-half mile to to Anza-Borrego Desert State Park Visitors Center.
Are there any renovations happening on the property?
We recently renovated the spa, which is open for the season. The pool, however, is closed for the season for renovations.
